1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NusantaraGo, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Booking Terms

• • All bookings are subject to availability
• • Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
• • Prices may change without prior notice
• • Booking confirmation will be sent via email and WhatsApp
• • Passengers must arrive at least 30 minutes before departure

3. Payment Terms

• • Full payment is required at the time of booking
• • We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and e-wallets
• • All transactions are secure and encrypted
• • Additional payment processing fees may apply

4. Cancellation Policy

• • Cancellations made 24+ hours before departure: Full refund
• • Cancellations made 12-24 hours before departure: 50% refund
• • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before departure: No refund
• • No-shows are non-refundable

5. Reschedule Policy

• • Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before departure
• • Rescheduling fees may apply depending on the service provider
• • Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
• • Rescheduling is subject to availability

6. Passenger Responsibilities

• • Passengers must carry valid ID documents
• • Passengers must arrive at the designated pickup point on time
• • Passengers must follow safety instructions from service providers
• • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings

7. Force Majeure

NusantaraGo is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by force majeure events including but not limited to: bad weather, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NusantaraGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
