At NusantaraGo, we understand that plans change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while protecting the interests of both customers and service providers.

Refund Timeframes

24+ hours before departure

Full refund (100%)

12-24 hours before departure

Partial refund (50%)

Less than 12 hours before departure

No refund (0%)

How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your NusantaraGo account
  2. Go to "My Bookings"
  3. Select the booking you want to cancel
  4. Click "Cancel Booking" and provide a reason
  5. Submit your cancellation request
  6. Wait for confirmation (usually within 24 hours)

Refund Processing Time

  • • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • • Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
  • • E-Wallet: 1-3 business days

Non-Refundable Situations

  • • No-shows (failure to arrive at departure point)
  • • Late arrivals (arriving after scheduled departure)
  • • Force majeure events (weather, natural disasters, etc.)
  • • Service provider cancellations (refunds handled by provider)

Exceptions

In cases of medical emergencies with valid documentation, we may consider special refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team for assistance.
